This delicious chardonnay was barrel fermented and aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels and made in the Sur Lie method. This method contributes to the complexity of the wine by integrating yeast characteristics with fruit and wood flavors, thus resulting in a wine with greater depth. This meduim-bodied wine has great balance and a long, pleasant finish. Notes of ripe apple, lemon, lime, vanilla and butterscotch are evident when enjoying this unique wine.
To craft this delightful Blackberry wine, Bordeleau used 100% fresh fruit grown locally, and added 15% oak aged Chambourcin wine to create complexity and balance.
The fruit for this beauitful dessert wine was harvested in November to produce wine with exceptional honeyed flavors and delicious sugars. After pressing sugars in the juice were further concentrated by freezing. The finished wine begins with a full-bodied caramel nose which is interlaced with flavors of butterscotch, vanilla, nectarines, and orange peel, and continues through a lasting and luscious finish. Serve after the main course with fruit-based dessert or with cheeses.
This Lot 9 Cabernet Sauvignon continues Bordeleau's approach of blending our finest barrels from multiple vintages to achieve consistent memorable wines. Lot 9 is a blend of four vintages that were aged an average of 46 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. This fruit-forward wine delights with aromas of dark bing cherry, black raspberry, and plum. The mid-palate impresses with flavors of cinnamon and hints of mocha and chocolate. Bordeleau's Lot 4 Malbec is a blend of three vintages selected from only the highest scoring barrels. This wine was aged 45 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, resulting in soft, smooth tannins and wonderful flavors. Our Lot 4 Malbec is full-bodied, featuring blackberry, blueberry, dark cherry and mocha flavors.

This blend was aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels for more than 40 months. This wine exhibits layers of black cherry, raspberry, and ripe currants gently melded with light oak and tannins. Our blend consists of 19% Merlot, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Malbec and 19% Petit Verdot.
This elegant Lot 8 Merlot is a blend of three vintages selected from our best barrels and aged for 55 months in both American and French oak. The wine is bursting with flavors of raspberries, red cherries, chocolate and hints of green olives. The wine has a vibrant, fruity, medium body and a delightfully smooth, earth finish with fine tannins and moderate oak. This Lot 8 exhibits a slight smokiness that is generally found in our red wines.
