This method contributes to the complexity of the wine by integrating yeast characteristics with fruit and wood flavors, thus resulting in a wine with greater depth. This meduim-bodied wine has great balance and a long, pleasant finish. Notes of ripe apple, lemon, lime, vanilla and butterscotch are evident when enjoying this unique wine.
