To craft this delightful Blackberry wine, Bordeleau used 100% fresh fruit grown locally, and added 15% oak aged Chambourcin wine to create complexity and balance.
This "Vintage Port Style" red dessert wine was made from a blend 2008 Chambourcin, 2008 Merlot, and our award-winning 2008 Amarone. The exquisite wine was aged in a combination of French and American oak barrels and was fortified with spirits distilled from other Bordeleau wines.
The wine has a smooth, mellow richness with notes of blackberry, dark cherry, and raisins, and boasts a long, lingering finish. Savor this unique wine as a gift from our land of pleasant living, "Maryland's Estern Shore".
A sweet light red table wine blended from merlot, chambourcin and mélange of white wines. Bright fruit on the nose extends through the mid palate with smoky spices on the finish.
A summer-on-the-porch wine. Enjoy with chocolate, soft cheese. Nice to sip after dinner.
To create this delightful peach wine, Bordeleau begins with fruit grown on the winery property. Only 100% fresh Bordeleau fruit is used in our peach wine.
